The 4-Month Gut Buster Workout is a 58-page publication. The workout takes roughly 16 hours per week. At the end of the 4 months, if you are a full-figured woman or husky man, you will experience something akin to an 8-inch reduction in your waist, a 32-pound reduction in weight, and the feeling of being on the road to being really fit. You "earn" every inch and every pound in this workout. But it is fun and flexible. Monday through Friday you do 1 hour of exercise at a fitness center of your choice. Saturday and Sunday you do one exercise over and over at your home. Like 500-1,000 times each weekend day.

Proof

On February 1, 1999 I had a 44-inch gut and weighed 225. I'm 5 feet 9 inches. I was what a person would call a "husky man" ("full-figured woman").
