Berkshire Hathaway to Buy Justin

Omaha (Reuters) - Warren Buffett's holding company Bershire Hathaway, Inc. (BRKA.N) said it agreed to buy footwear and building materials manufacturer Justin Industries Inc. (JSTN.O) for about $600 million on Tuesday, in a deal that would bring the Acme building brand into Bershire Hathaway's manufacturing portfolio.
